Shipments are sent by several transport companies such as Anda express, Envialia and GLS. Our company has the obligation to deliver the boxes well packed to the transport agencies.
The transport companies will take care of the work of shipping and distribution of the boxes and guarantees the delivery of the packages in good condition. These companies offer tracking numbers of shipments to check the status of shipments at any time. The policy of the insured merchandise varies according to each company.
SHIPPING FEE
The shipping cost is fixed at € 12 to facilitate the purchase without having to worry about the weight or quantity of the package. This is a service only found in purchases on our website and it is only for the Iberian mainland (peninsula and Portugal).

ACT OF DELIVERY OF GOODS

If the package is not in good condition or has the appearance that it has been opened on the road, wet, or in any other condition. PLEASE REFUSE FOR RECEIVING THE DAMAGED PACKAGE.
We are not responsible for acts performed during shipment. In that case, you must make a claim to the company that carries out the shipment.
CASH ON DELIVERY
There is an option to pay on delivery for Iberian mainland shipments. It involves an additional cost of 2% commission on the total order. The amount has to be prepared in advance to deliver at the time of receiving the merchandise.
DEFAULT CHANGE
Changes are only allowed due to factory defects. You must notify us within 7 days after receiving the product. The return costs would be paid by the customer. You have up to 1 month to return the product in exchange for another of the same cost.
